Hello,
I have just registered my account as a new customer. My TT is supposed to go live on Monday but I haven't received any package and when looking on my account it says rejected? Could you explain this please.
IMAGE REMOVED BECAUSE IT DISPLAYED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.
