I cannot connect to the Internet as my Wifi-Hub router is constantly flashing Amber and then Amber/White, on the black fibre connection box all lights are solid green except for the Ethernet light which is off for the most part until briefly turning green. Losing my mind.

What happens if you connect a wired device such as a laptop or PC to the ONT in place of the Wi-Fi Hub, do you have internet access then?
