Your router has one of the latest firmware versions. Our Products Team will be rolling out FW 136 to all Sagemcom hubs over the coming weeks.
Please can you leave the router powered up all the time. The update is rolled out overnight.

No problem, but if you are having issues that is unlikely to be resolved by any software upgrade. Are these generally WiFi related i.e. is your sync speed otherwise as you would expect?

I have issues, I cannot stream or video call without it constantly dropping. I'll leave it for now, and see if it update.

OK, there is a further version after that ending 136 which is still being rolled out in stages. As long as your router is on 24/7 with remote access enabled it should reach you soon. You may be able to force it by trying a pinhole reset, but that will of course default to factory settings and remove any personalised changes you may have made. If you haven't got any issues with your connection generally then personally I would just leave it.

@Rocksmore all updates are done over your connection, files are not provided to individual customers at all.
They are normally sent out overnight so leave your route on.
