I have Fibre 35 and I'm trying to find out whether I can access the free upgrades that people on the community keep referring to. I'm due a contract renewal in a few weeks and tried to contact TT via Live Chat as I don't hear too well. Problem is there doesn't seem to be a working link to Live Chat.
Can anyone tell me how I determine what broadband speed is available in my area and how to get Live Chat working so I can talk to Talktalk?

Thank you for the reply. I have some relatives who have been offered "faster" broadband at no extra cost.
Live chat resolved - it was caused by a Malware tracing programme and has now been sorted.
