When i join TalkTalk, my tariff was offered a £105 Gift Card, its now been 3 months and i still have not got it. Voucher status freezed at "Purchased" as attached. Can anyone help me? My Account number is 1014561224.

Arne, haven't receive your reply after 14/11/2023. I have received my Nov Bill today while still cannot find £100 voucher and a £5 credit in my TalkTalk account which promised from you. Are any problems for the vouchers & credit which you tell me in last reply?

@tangfamilytouk, the links expire the same day, so you need another one sent, to which you must reply immediately.

I have create my telephone password successful, while there is an error page found after click your provided link.


The page said "Please return to the social channel and contact your agent to try again." When I try to reply your private message. The page said I have reached the limit for number of private messages that I can send for now. Please try again later.

 

Please assist what can I do next, thks!
