i have received a letter from talk talk telling me that my router will no longer receive software or security updates. can anyone tell me if i am entitled to a replacement. thanks

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Talktalk is rolling out the replacements in due course - they know which one you have, which is why you got that letter, @ruth41.
