It has been three days and yet to have any meaningful update from TT.
Apparently Openreach in central London needs up to three days to turn up at the local exchange.
It would be nice to have any meaningful updates, TT. Because right now I am paying you for a service that does not work and you are keeping your customers in the dark.

Staff on the forum work Mon to Fri so it may be a while for them to look at and give you an update.
TT may not have an update themselves if the time to visit is within normal service level agreements of whatever business days has been agreed, but you could try Chat and see.
