Having to reconnect wifi on all devces multiple times a day

i have to reconnect wifi on my phones and ipad everyday. I have rebooted the router multilple times but the problem still exists. This is in really annoying and inconvenient. Do I need  new router?

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, is it only apple devices experiencing this issue?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

I'll move it to the general Broadband message board.

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
