Tried over a week to move Talk Talk broadband to new address. Hours on phone. Told glitch, escalated to back office and someone will call back, no one has. Trying to log in to account...try later due to technical issues. Phoned again, caller no. 25. Anyone any advice on how to get hold of anyone at Talk Talk who is in the escalation depot or can help..please?
