Home move page not working

I've tried to get my service moved to the house I will be moving into however when I get to the last stage and click confirm the page goes grey with a circle loading in the middle forever. When I check to see if it has been confirmed it seems to have not gone through. I've tried this on both Firefox and Chrome and the same issue persists.

Sorry that you are having problems with My Account. 

 

It may be quicker if you call us and speak to to the homemove team if My Account isnt working correctly they will be able to help you with this.

I had this but clicked refresh and added the missing info again and it went straight through.

 

Did you try a refresh rather than try another browser?
