Sorry that you are unhappy, I presume you have been contacted regarding the annual price rise.

 

You do have 4 months left on your minimum term contract , and the price change has been part of the contract since you started with us,  therefore you can cancel, but there will be cancellation fees. 

 

I would have to guide you to the loyalty team on 03451720088 .

The price rise would have been documented when you took out your contract.

 

As this would have been communicated you have no option to terminate your contract.

 

If you wish to discuss this, phone the Loyalty Team as cancellations cannot be dealt with on this forum.
