I can't connect to my new router interface

Hi I received a new router yesterday the router WiFi works ok but I can't connect to the router interface to Change password and settings etc.
Nothing works at all.
It just says wrong information username password.
The router is a Sagemcom Fast 5364-X-TY
5G4k100208
I hope you can help otherwise I will have to return it.

I don't believe there is a certain number of attempts before being locked out. It would be worth doing the factory reset if you are still unable to login with the details on the sticker from the back of the router.

There are two password one on a little pull out card and then a different one on a sticker on the back off the router it says router username admin then a different password.
I haven't done a factory reset yet.
Do you have a limited number of attempts before you are locked out?

I'm sorry to hear this.
Are you using the router admin password from the back of the router?
Have you tried factory resetting the router, using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
