I left your company over a month ago and was told a returns bag would be sent to me. There has been no contact from you and NO returns bag. I will be contacting CISAS shortly as I am being given the run-around by you so you can claim an extra 50 pounds from a leaving customer.

NO bag was delivered to me at any point in time. It's quite obvious this is how talk talk earn an extra bit of money from leaving customers.

Get the bag to me so I can get rid of talk talk once and for all.

If any money is taken from my account because of your poor lack of service, I WILL take legal action.

As I previously posted the bag has been issued to the address in your private notes.

I must also point out when you requested to cancel a bag was issued on12th July this is part of the process.

I shouldn't have had to come here to request a returns bag, I gave you the notice you needed to leave talktalk and you had that 4 weeks of notice to send me a returns bag like you said you was going to. I actually got a call from talktalk telling me I wouldn't need to send the router back as it was so old. Then 2 days after I left the address, and temporarily moved somewhere else I got an email saying you do want the router back and that there's a 50-pound charge if you didn't receive it back by today (26th September 2023) I left it at that thinking it had been settled only to receive an email from talktalk last night telling me I owe the 50 pounds charge.

I will wait to see what happens next before sending my report/experience to the appropriate people.

The information needs to be in your community forum profile details,  @Tonyh007.

Nothing to do with phone / Chat support.

Go via your avatar/name; settings  and as above.

Then wait for staff to respond on this thread.

Don't post further before getting a response from them as it delays your topic in the queue for attention.

I have been putting my old landline phone number in. I just tried again, got the same reply "sorry we didn't get that" its an absolute joke of a company. I will be taking this further, thanks for your advice.

Put in your old Talktalk landline number  - a mobile number is no use for identifying the account, which is what this for, @Tonyh007. Staff won't be phoning you up.

Then add your current address in Private Notes. That's at the end of Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

I have just updated my profile, but please be aware I am no longer a talktalk customer. you can reach me on my mobile number

also be aware and I have told you on 3 separate occasions, I no longer live at the address you have for me so you will need to call me so I can tell you where to send the bag.
