Hi there,
I requested broadband for my Home: XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS under my email XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS.
I tried to login into my account, it says that I have no account. As well as I do not receive an email confirming my order.
Could you please let me know when it is possible to get broadband, I really need it as soon as possible.

I can only find 1 order which was cancelled on the 30th May.
I can only advise to place a new order.
