Internet cuts out for a couple minutes. ADSL connectivity is down

I have an issue where my internet seems to disconnect for a couple minutes somewhat regularly. When this happens, the light on my hub goes from white to amber and then after a couple minutes, back to white when it now works. My logs says 'ADSL connectivity is down' whenever this happens. How can this be fixed?

My internet hasn't dropped in a couple days compared to its regular drops. It might have just been some interference. It's no longer a problem

Hi NeoJester

Would it be possible to post a photo of your master socket on this thread?

Thanks

My socket doesn't appear to be like any of the listed main phone sockets. It's most similar to NTE 2000 but the ADSL is on the right and the phone is on the left instead.

I use a microfilter for the DSL since it's what seemed to make sense with the equipment I was given when I first got the hub but I'm not sure if it's right.

My main phone socket has two ports (ADSL, phone) but no horizontal line

I don’t have a landline phone so I don’t know how I’d be able to check if there is noise on the line. I am also unaware of test socket? It only seems like there is one socket. I do not have an alternative router

Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear, however I can see re-connections on the line. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line? Does your main socket have a test socket please? Do you also have an alternative router that you could test with?

Thanks
