My internet hasn't dropped in a couple days compared to its regular drops. It might have just been some interference. It's no longer a problem

Hi NeoJester
Do you still need help with this?

Hi NeoJester
Would it be possible to post a photo of your master socket on this thread?
Thanks
on 17-01-2024 06:51 PM
My socket doesn't appear to be like any of the listed main phone sockets. It's most similar to NTE 2000 but the ADSL is on the right and the phone is on the left instead.
I use a microfilter for the DSL since it's what seemed to make sense with the equipment I was given when I first got the hub but I'm not sure if it's right.
My main phone socket has two ports (ADSL, phone) but no horizontal line

Hello,
Ok thanks for confirming. Just to confirm, which socket do you have please?

I don’t have a landline phone so I don’t know how I’d be able to check if there is noise on the line. I am also unaware of test socket? It only seems like there is one socket. I do not have an alternative router

Morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear, however I can see re-connections on the line. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line? Does your main socket have a test socket please? Do you also have an alternative router that you could test with?
Thanks
Michelle
