This problem with rain has been going on for a long while bur it can interrupt something serious
like banking or doing(paid) courses online What is inside of the house his in good order it must be something outside. Can you help me to fix it ? Thank you

I've logged this out to BT Openreach for a Non Appointed engineer - Non appointed means the engineer will be dispatched to look at the line without requiring an appointment be made with you to visit your property.
