Hi Team. I'm seeing slow downs again and multiple router reboots. Well below guaranteed minimum to an almost unusable speed and no stability.
A router reboot nor factory reset will help. Nothing changed in the house. I am checking the speed/stability on the router itself.
Had this several times in past and each time engineers (regular or ground works) cannot find a fault in the home. An engineer did do something on the local cab earlier in the week and since has been terrible.
Please can you check from your side as the online tool will not let me open a proper case with details and the service is unusable. Thanks.

The line profile doesn't appear to be limiting your speed so I think it's worth trying the 30 minute shutdown again. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?

OK thanks. Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and check to see if the speed has improved

Hi Chris
It has become more stable over the weekend it seems. The main issue I appear to have now is that since the connection has been up and down a lot the rate is capped to around 30 mbps.
Is it possible to force a reset? I was previously getting just over 50 for months.
