Internet issues for over 2 months

Anyone had any success with getting through to anyone that knows what they are on about ? spoke to numerous people over the last 2 months about my internet dropping out and sub standard speeds constantly, just be told that its working fine! Finally got a engineer out last month to put a new line in which has still not solved the issue. im thinking its router related as every thing else has been renewed but they refuse to send out a new router!

All connections drop out wired/wireless. i have taken every device off apart from my wired computer and it still has the same issue

OK, and do the drops affect only a wifi connection or do you see the drops in wired devices also.

The router arrived yesterday and worked flawless all yesterday and last night until this morning when the issue has cropped up again ! 

My internet speeds are absolutely shocking now on wired/wireless devices, keep dropping out of meetings this morning due to loss of connection even on wired devices. 

something is not right at all and im not getting anywhere near the guaranteed speeds that talktalk say i will.
