Internet loses connection every single week on Sunday at Just after midnight for about an hour but it always says on the test that there’s not a problem but this is same time and day every week anyone got any ideas

This is happening once a week same day same time always Sunday just after midnight for about an hour. So there wouldn’t be any children up anyway. It’s like almost that they are changing over to something v at a certain time or day. This has been happening for months yet am being told there’s no fault but there definately is. And to add insult to injury they put up my prices. They should be compensating me really
