I had a recent online chat regarding contract renewal, at the end I requested a transcript, this did not arrive so I opened chat again, my original chat was still showing and new chat continued, I requested the transcript again and was told it was on its way. I still not received it and there are details on there I need for my contract renewal, how do I get this transcript. Talktalk seem to be making it as difficult as possible to find information and up to now have had 3 different prices for renewal, Customer Service is becoming a joke.

There is no facility to resend chat transcripts, sorry.
Your contract is ending in 17 days.
Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

I'd recommend taking screenshots at the time, in case the script doesn't arrive, @gdwales.
Sometimes more reliable if you ask it to send to a non Talktalk email address. You definitely need to specify.
