I'm showing services were ceased yesterday via an external order, have you asked another provider or BT etc to take over your services.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

What model of router do you have ?
What light(s) do you have showing on the router ?
Do you have both wired and wireless devices, have they all lost internet access ?
Do you have a landline phone, is that still working normally ?
