The support team on this community can only really help existing TalkTalk customers with issues. If you would like to join TalkTalk as a new customer then the easiest thing to do would be to go to the main TalkTalk website where you would be able to check availability at your address, and you would also be able to get details on how to order a new broadband service from TalkTalk.
