I'm having the same issue. Last 4 days. Everest.  Turned of and on. Been on with colleague for over an hour and they wouldn't accept I have a faulty router. How did you get yours to work please ?

I've ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi @Tracy35 probably yes. Is your router a black hub? And have you tried rebooting it?
