Hi

 

Can you also tell me what router you have, do you have EERO devices or are you using the wifi HUB or the WIFI HUB 2 - the one with the green phone port on the back ?

can you give a little more info,  are you connected using Wifi or wired ?

 

Are any lights showing on the ONT.  (The first box on the wall)
