Issue with gfast modem

Model MT992

Internet went down today and just left with 2 lights on, DSL and power, no internet

Been through the chat support and resets etc

They marked issue as resolved and sending out a new router 

Also tried a new cable from the master plug to the modem. Same issue

But not sure that's right as it's the open reach modem that's the issue?

 

Or is there new modem/routers that do the gfast also?

OK making progress

Plugged the modem back in and the new wifi hub into it 

Power & DSL on the modem as before

Orange then solid white light on the Wifi hub

Got internet and speed tests look ok (> 120Mbs)

The Internet light never flashes on the modem (sure it did before)

 

So looking ok thanks, happy to close this off

I'll send back the old kit
