Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing problems with your service, if you still need assistance can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Chris

Sometimes switching off the router for 30 minutes brings back a working new session, @Unhappycustomer02, so try it.

If it still fails, report via a phone call by 6pm. They are not open on Sunday. Forum staff are not back before Monday.

Phone: 03451 720088

You can also log this via Chat if you have sufficient connection, but check opening hours.

Ok you are upset but can you please explain what the issue is so we can try and help.

Is it the broadband that is the issue or the TV box?

Which box do you have?

What have you tried to rectify the issue?

Don't whatever you do cancel your method of payment as this can lead to late payment fees and also affects your credit rating.

Please let us have more information.

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
