Leaving due to breach of contract

I'm leaving TalkTalk due to them increasing my broadband package "Fixed price for 18 months" after only 6 months.

 

I've just signed up with a different broadband supplier, but got the following email from TalkTalk:

Hello Alan,
We’ve received notification from another provider, that you would like us to stop the cancellation of your TalkTalk service.

This means there’ll be no disruption to your service, and you can continue to take advantage of all the great benefits your package has to offer.

 

I don't want to stay with a company I can't trust. Why are you saying I don't want to leave?

The cancellation has been stopped, its not clear why,  if you want another provider to take over your line you will need to contact them and ask them to place another order.
