Hi there
I left in October but receiving messages about my bill
Just checked and saw my account is still showing internet usage whereas I switched to utility Wearhouse in October and got a email message about it

The bill is being generated as the last payment was rejected (before Customer service cleared it in November) so admin fees have been applied.
The balance is now zero, so you will receive 1 more bill showing a zero balance.
