I received an e-mail about upgrading for no extra cost, when I ask the price is £15 a month more. When on the phone call, the operator couldn't take my number down or account number. Wasted 2 hrs waiting, then to be told the email was mis information. I was hesitant moving to talk talk, but this customer service is horrible.
