Losing broadband connection and crackling landline

Unfortunately the bad line and broadband loss has started again.

 

The landline is very crackly, and the broadband drops out, but is OK when the router is switched off/on

Hello,

 

I'm really sorry to hear this. The line test has detected a potential fault. Can I just confirm, is the noise/crackle present with just the phone connected to the test socket please?
