Hi

make sure they are plugged into the first socket nearest the main socket on the extension.

If still failing then you may need to try another extension.

Thanks

Karl.

They are both in extensions and have been for years without a problem. Unfortunately there is no way they can be plugged direct into a socket

Hi

Can you try swapping these plugs around, and make sure they are directly into wall sockets.  Some extension leads will reduce the performance of these plugs.

Hi

OK, so you should have powerline adapters, one plugged in by the router and one by the TV.

Do these plugs have green lights on ?

Thanks

Karl.

It’s connected from the phone point to the router. Tv about 10feet away from router. I switched router off then on but message still showing everytime tv is switched on.

Hi

YVM102 error is specifically relating to connection between the router and TV Box, so if you can let us know how it is connected as Keith asks, we can offer more help.

Thanks

Karl.

Is this connected via powerline adapters to the router, or an Ethernet cable?
