Micro-filters

recently experienced very slow broadband download speed (4Mb/s)

I swapped around the micro-filters and this solved the problem for a month or so

It happened again and this time I replaced one off the filters with a spare one

which has solved the problem for the moment.

Does TalkTalk supply replacement micro-filters if they stop working

or do I have to find replacements myself ?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
