Hi,
my router was attempted to be delivered Saturday but I wasn’t aware. I have tried to call Talk Talk customer service to speak with someone but every time I get cut off and can’t seem to speak to a real person. The engineer is coming out this Wednesday 18th April and I have no router. What can I do?

The router is on order so it should be with you within a couple of working days

It looks as though the router is on it's way back to us. I've ordering another but the system won't let me at the moment so I'll try again tomorrow
