I've recieved multiple emails / messages telling me I do not need an engineer to visit to install my broadband. I've also recieved multiple emails / messages intertwined with the others telling me the engineer is due to arrive on the 15th.
Which is it?

An engineer will need to go out to activate the service at the exchange, if there are any issues that they detect upon activation then they will need to go to the property.
