Move Home online form gets stuck at last confirmation step

Hi All,

I'm trying to fill the Move Home form but it gets stuck at loading circle at the last confirmation step. What I'm seeing can be previewed here:

Is the other alternative only calling?

Actually, changing the browser helped and I was able to proceed with the order.
