I’m moving home and have already informed Talktalk. Now they’re saying I won’t get it till 2 days after moving. On trying to ring them to ask why I get no further than ‘we’re working to get your broadband’ then they cut me off. Tried having a chat via text but they left me hanging for 40 minutes (after saying they had my account up) before saying they were closed now. Tried Live Chat and no response. How on earth do I get through to someone by phone? Any ideas?

The date will have been moved either due to engineer availability or some external work is needed.
The is no way to change the date if that is the case.
