I have not been able to log in to My Account for several months. WHY?

Sorry that you are having problems, from the error you are seeing,  I suspect you are a Mailplus customer, unfortunately there is a known defect with those accounts and My Account, It has been raised to the relevant team to fix, but Its taking longer than expected.

Access the log in page, give email address & password. Appears to be loading then drops back to log in page with the message "Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later."

Every attempt to log in for several months now has been the same. So I have not been able to access anything about my account during this period.
