Access to my account - I tried to access my account on Friday, to be met with a message stating "We're Sorry, My Account is currently unavailable."  Fine, I thought, just some maintenance but today  (Tuesday) I found the same message, so what is going on!  Has this site been unavailable for the past four days?  I notice also that the main website is down for "essential maintenance."  In this age where commercial companies decry the advantages and benefits of their websites this is poor going, to say the least.

Thank you for your replies.  I have now accessed my account - so whatever was broken is now fixed.

No, MyAccount wasn't down for essential maintenance until yesterday afternoon. 

 

But MyAccount is up and running right now. Let us know if you need additional help.
