Hello,

I moved to a new flat and I want to keep the internet provider.

I have the router and a letter saying "Is this goodbye? There's still time to change your mind- call 0345 172 0047 now".

Could you please help me?

Do you mean that the letter is addressed to the previous account holder /tenant or is this a letter addressed to you at your old address?

 

If the former, presumably the previous owner just cancelled and left it at that.

 

If you were with Talktalk in your previous home perhaps you could have organised a home move.

 

It sounds like you will need to set this up as a new order, @CharaTsiamp.
