NEW EERO 6 ROUTER

I've been on Fibre 150 for over 2 years and always received the max speed.

I just renewed my contract and received a new Eero 6 router.

With the new router I now get and average download speed of around 24mbps.

Talktalk support say it's because my devices are slightly older and don't support the new speed.

Am I expected to go and buy the newest latest TV's, laptop, desktop computer and 3 mobiles just to use this router? That's absolute nonsense. Why have a new router that doesn't work on existing devices.

As soon as I reconnect my old router the speeds go straight back up to 150 mbps.

Can I just confirm, how far are your devices from the eero? What is the make and model of the router that you were originally using please?
