I am due to go live with Talk Talk on 22nd November but have not received any equipment. I expect that it will arrive any day. I also have not had any account information via email. Is this normal? I have had a text to say my welcome pack will arrive shortly but that is all.

It's normal for the equipment to arrive 24-48hrs before go live, so can arrive any day.
