The call centre is not operating today, save for emergencies. They will be open again tomorrow from 9:00am, alternatively try Live chat just now, details and opening hours are here. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
