New Fibre broadband not working

My name is Calvin chiwundura
My phone number is XXXXXX i had an engineer come on 31 March he came to connect my new fibre broadband he told me he was going to make some connections downstairs He never came back upstairs and my broadband is not working so i am confused what is going on.

i am unsure if he complete the connection of if there was a problem as he never came back upstair to give feedback

please may you check into this for me  please.
