Hello again, my 18 month fixed term contract ends on 15 July 2023. When it started I was sent a new router (black hub). As my then current one was working perfectly, I never installed it.
Today I did try to set it up but was unable to log in. As you may remember I was told to power off my hub for 30 minutes. I am still losing network speed, can you help?

Hi Michelle, I don't need a new one, I fitted a new microfilter before attempting to use the one I never used and all is well at present.

Hello,
Would you like us to send a replacement router and a router returns bag?
Thanks

Hi Chris, I have been running speed tests and the results have never fell below 30 mbps. I still don't know why my newer hub wont connect.

Hi Pnokio,
You could initially try the factory reset on the old router and if that doesn't help try it on the new one. Please let us know how you get on

The old one I am using now, looses download speed, I was told to unplug it for 3o minutes and it cleared it. It has done the same again, hence my attempt at using the new one that was never unboxed.
What one should I try doing a factory reset?

Hi,
Ok, have you tried factory resetting the router and then tried setting it up again? Can I also just confirm, what issues are you experiencing with the connection with the original router?
Thanks

Yes. I had to reconnect to a wired connection but the details on the card on the back of the router were not accepted.

Hi,
Just to confirm, what happens when you connect the new router? Are you using the login details on the card on the back of the router?
Thanks
