This is MrBDad's daughter here. The old router has suffered water damage, so needs replacing please.
Are you able to confirm once this has been sent please, as I will need to go and set it up for him.

I'm sorry for the delay. We can send a replacement router but can I just confirm what has happened to the orginal router please? Will it not power on? Have you already tried factory resetting the router? Once we've confirmed this then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes.

Thanks for your advice. I have accessed my daughters internet at her house to try and do an online chat, but that doesn't seem to work at the moment due to a backlog. Due to last weeks storm I expect. This was my last ditch attempt.

It usually takes a couple of days but we are now into the Xmas post period.
