I've received a new router and have no idea why....any ideas please 🙄

It appears that the last router we sent to your account was on 10/02/2024. This router might have been delivered to your neighbor or could have been a misdelivery.

Hi - I've added my account number to my profile so you can look at it.  It appears the router I have been sent is the same as the one we already have which is why I'm confused.

Which router did you have already? If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. They will be back online tomorrow.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
