So my partner and I shared a flat together, then we split up and she moved out but the wifi was in her name. She phoned up talktalk and told them this and they sent her out a change of ownership form so it could be put into my name but I’ve not received anything from talktalk yet about this. I’ve tried phoning them but as I don’t have an account I can’t even get through as my phone number won’t be linked with them. All I want to do is open an account with them using my existing hub. What do I do..

Sorry that you are having issues.
Your ex-partner will need to submit the change of ownership form, (you will need to fill it in aswell) or cancel the account. You can then sign up with a new account.
Has the form been sent? if you add the landline number to your community profile I can issue it.

Hi @Adam156 I'm pretty sure that you need to add your details to the form as well, especially bank details. How long does the existing contract have to run?
