New order but no confirmation

Hi,

 

I recently signed up to talktalk full fiber broadband on Sunday 10th September.

I was given a installation date of this Friday but i have had no communications at all!.

Like a tool, i didnt note my order number and i just want to make sure its actually happening.

I can only find an old account from 2015 with the details in your profile. 

 

The only option is to call us  03451720088  and ask to speak to the full fibre team.
