Been with TalkTalk for almost three years no problems always got help to sort them out

Suddenly Sagemcom router started playing up and now no connection at all just flashing red light

Done all the basics and tested router on test socket fitted by bt 

I was a computer engineer so know my stuff 

Router has been reset all other checks have been done  still no luck

I know TalkTalk are doing maintenance  but have left me with no connection at all for three days now what is wrong    Help

Received router plugged it in hey presto now got broadband back I am so pleased I could cry 😂

I've ordered the router and a returns bag, they should be with you within a couple of days

Hi @raymundo,

 

The support team here will be back tomorrow and will be able to help. If they can't see any issues when they run their line tests, and if they think the router itself may be at fault, they would be able to arrange a replacement router for you.
