My connection has been intermittent since January and gradually getting worse to the point we now have no service and haven't since last Thursday (28/04/22). Can anyone suggest (a) how one goes about claiming compensation and (b) how does one actually complain when the LiveChat never works, the phone number has a recorded message saying they have limited service and says to go to the website and any text messages/emails are generic?
This is all very frustrating so wondering how other TalkTalk members manage when they have an issue. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Line test is clear and your router appears to be connected to the internet at the moment. What colour is the light on your router?
